How we make it easy

How we save you money
At PDQ Sage we are with you throughout the process of your refurbishment. The combined creative skills of our design and building teams allow us to be your single point of contact, saving you money from paying multiple contractors. This means no conflicting timelines and no fluctuating prices – you know exactly what to expect.

How we keep you working
During the project we will ensure the work is carried out as discretely as possible to allow for ‘business as usual’. We will work with full consideration for you and your neighbours. We want to achieve the optimum working environment for your company as soon as we begin work with you.

How we make it stress free
Because we specialise in all areas of refurbishment we will assign you an expert project foreman, who is your direct port of call for the entire process. Your foreman will have had decades of experience so you know you can relax with confidence. Your project foreman will make sure that all aspects of the project run smoothly and that any changes to your requirements are taken into account.

How we take care of you
We put health and safety at the forefront of our building process. We have a total commitment to providing a healthy & safe working environment for all our employees & others affected by our works.
We are proud to offer you an aftercare service post-project that includes small alterations and the resolution of minor issues. We also offer a package to customers that allows for maintenance throughout the year.

How we help you save the planet
At PDQ Sage – we think green! We want to help you to be green too. This will improve your company image, reduce your operating costs and positively impact on productivity. Remember – there is 100% enhanced capital allowance in the first tax year on investments in energy saving equipment.
